Death by falling sleigh? Avoided… barely.
Poisonous throat spray? Nice try, wannabe murderer.
A plot to seize the soloist role in the local caroling group? Most definitely.
A dead body in the trunk of a car was the most intense this episode got, but that’s not saying too much. Until, of course, the final evasion of death by Christmas tree electrocution. Phew! I was almost worried there for a second.
This one closed on a bit of a cliffhanger with a cyber threat from Emily’s past… but will it amount to anything? And will there be anything Christmassy in the season finale? Until next week…
