Ugh. I was drawn in my the sight of real snow, having been filmed in Ottawa during the winter (a rarity in these movies). But alas, this was something of a dud. Just no real energy to it, and aside from being set in a Christmas market at Christmas time, there wasn’t much Christmas to it.
He’s a rich scion of the market’s owner.
She’s a glass blower with dreams of glass blowing stardom.
The market is at risk of being shut down.
There’s a “famous” glassblower in a crisis of confidence and a convenient point of confusion that creates a a crisis.
That’s… about it. Not a Christmas movie.
