Christmas With You (2022)
A perfectly serviceable little Christmas movie.
She’s a famous popstar, he’s a widowed single dad to a young girl planning her Christmastime quinceañera. A fortuitous meeting leads to too much tequila and them making music together (literally - this is a PG-rated movie, get your mind out of the gutter).
The completely over the top Christmas decor is something to behold - it might have been too much, even for me, and that is saying something! But overall this is just a sweet little Christmassy love story with likeable leads who do a decent job selling the otherwise wholly unlikely scenario that this would ever work IRL.
Again, this movie benefits from Netflix production values and can work as a Sunday afternoon watch.
